Electronic scale/common malfunction and simple solution

1, no return to zero (not 0, not weighing)
A, check whether the sensor output signal value is within the standard. (A/D total amplification code/use inside code Range/Deder range)
b, not within the standard, please refer to item tenth for compensation.
C, if unable to compensate please check the sensor is not bad. (Please check according to item eighth)

5. Bad button
A, please update the k/b test first, if the new k/b function is normal, then can be judged as k/b bad.
b, measuring the circuit between the k/b and the CPU is open, cold welding.
C, check the k/b foot seat whether there is a bad contact image.
D, the measurement of k/b and the CPU circuit of the bipolar body whether there is a short-circuit, open circuit.

6, can not scale to full load
A, check whether the sensor output signal value is within the standard.

E, check the internal wire or protective device interference.
F, whether the battery voltage is above 6V.
G, replace the C test if the sensor is bad.

7, batteries can not be stored
